About the Role:

Are you passionate about driving exceptional customer experiences in the automotive industry?

We're hiring a proactive Assistant Customer Service Manager to lead and support our aftersales customer service operations. You'll play a key role in resolving escalated issues, guiding a dedicated team, and ensuring top-tier service performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily aftersales customer service operations
  • Supervise, mentor, and support your team
  • Monitor and improve CEM scores and response times
  • Conduct surveys and follow-up on customer feedback
  • Resolve escalated complaints with professionalism and care
  • Analyze data to identify service gaps and recommend improvements
  • Support Service Manager in implementing long-term solutions
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to solve complex issues
  • Ensure timely closure of all complaints and maintain service excellence

Requirements:

  • Min. 2 years of experience in the automotive aftersales industry
  • Strong background in customer service & quality assurance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Skilled in data analysis (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
  • Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented and solution-focused mindset
