  • Alternate Saturdays: 8:30am – 12:30pm

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day customer service operations, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure service excellence.
  • Support Aftersales department in achieving customer service objectives (Customer Experience Survey (CEM), response times, delivery standards, participation rates).
  • Conduct Customer Experience Survey (CEM) using principal's online platform and review feedback for follow-up actions.
  • Handle customer complaints proactively to achieve high satisfaction, while ensuring compliance and cost management.
  • Analyse customer service data, recommend corrective measures, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Work with Service Manager to identify root causes of customer dissatisfaction and propose long-term solutions.
  • Meet customers directly to address concerns and act as a single point of contact for complaints involving multiple departments.
  • Any other duties assigned to support aftersales customer care.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in the automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and quality assurance.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to continuous improvement.
