The Job
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Private Bank Service Ambassador to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring they receive a warm and professional welcome experience.
This role also includes a variety of administrative duties to support the smooth operation of the office.

1. Welcome and Assist Clients and Guests
2. Manage Meeting Room Reservations
3. Maintain Office Cleanliness and Functionality.
4. Prospect Tracking and Client Coordination
5. Procurement and Inventory Management
6. Courier and Mail Management
7. Vendor and Payment Processing
8. Adhoc Duties
