We have an opportunity with one of our clients, hiring for an experienced Customer Service - Service Ambassador Officer.

The Opportunity

  • This is an exciting opportunity to work for one of the local Bank
  • Starts off as a 3 months contract

The Job

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Private Bank Service Ambassador to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring they receive a warm and professional welcome experience.

This role also includes a variety of administrative duties to support the smooth operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Welcome and Assist Clients and Guests

2. Manage Meeting Room Reservations

3. Maintain Office Cleanliness and Functionality.

4. Prospect Tracking and Client Coordination

5. Procurement and Inventory Management

6. Courier and Mail Management

7. Vendor and Payment Processing

8. Adhoc Duties
