Administrative Executive

Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative and office support, including filing, scheduling and correspondence
- Assist in preparing client documentation (e.g., corporate secretarial forms, letters, invoices)
- Handle phone calls, emails, and enquiries professionally and promptly
- Support team in daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow
- Maintain organised digital and physical records in line with compliance requirements
- Assist in HR-related administrative tasks such as onboarding and payroll coordination
- Undertake ad hoc administrative tasks and projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'A' Levels, Diploma, or equivalent
- Prior experience in administration, secretarial, or office management preferred
- Familiarity with accounting/tax/consultancy environment is an advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; knowledge of Xero, QuickBooks, or similar systems a plus
- Meticulous, organised, and able to manage multiple deadlines
- A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Training will be provided
- Only Singaporeans or Permanent Residents need apply
