Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare, manage, and oversee trade and shipping documentation, including Letters of Credit, Document Against Payment, Document Against Acceptance, Telegraphic Transfers (TT), and Certificates of Origin.

* Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth daily office operations, including answering phone calls, filing, and handling general clerical tasks.

* Assist with submitting export and banking documents across various financial institutions.

* Perform administrative duties to streamline and enhance overall office and sales functions.

* Establish and maintain professional correspondence with customers, fostering long-term relationships and efficient business processes.

* Handle additional administrative tasks and responsibilities as required, aligned with the company's objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements:

* Prior industry or work experience is a must, ideally within a similar industry.

* Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

* Experience in quotations, invoicing, and order processing.

* A strong sense of responsibility, with a dedicated and company-first mindset.

* High attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

* Open to Singaporean citizens or Permanent Residents only.

* Adaptable to company culture with a focus on achieving long-term organizational goals.

* Knowledge of Canva/Photoshop is a plus.
