About the role

We are looking for a diligent and organised Administrative Assistant to join our team at Amber Compounding Pharmacy Pte Ltd in the Central Region. This full-time role will provide crucial administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our pharmacy operations. As part of our dynamic team, you will play a key part in helping us deliver excellent patient care.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing general administrative support, including filing, document management, and data entry
  2. Handling incoming calls, emails, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  3. Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events
  4. Assisting with inventory management and ordering of office supplies
  5. Providing support for special projects as needed
  6. Adhering to company policies and procedures to maintain a high level of confidentiality

What we're looking for

  1. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly demeanour
  3. Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  4. Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is preferred
  5. A positive attitude and a keen eye for detail
