Central Region, Singapore Accountstaff Full time $30,000 - $60,000 per year

Accounts/bookkeeping

  • Provide weekly reports of incoming funds and collections
  • Monitor vendor billing, invoicing and all expense claims within budget
  • Support in consolidation of claim documents and validate the accuracy of incoming claims
  • Responsible for processing the receipts, issuing monthly invoices, matching of receipts to invoices
  • and assisting with various billing enquiries.
  • Assist in other ad-hoc assignments as required.

Database Management - To enter data from various source documents/emails into the computer system (CRM) for storage, processing and data management purposes.

  • Verify, update and delete data where necessary
  • Prepare, compile and sort documents for data entry
  • Check sources obtain for further information for accuracy
  • Enter data from source documents into prescribed computer database, files and forms
  • Check completed work for accuracy
  • Printing and extraction of information when required
  • Comply with data integrity and security policies
  • Provide any other administrative support as tasked

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Formal computer training an advantage
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications such as MS Office
  • Accurate keyboard skills and ability to enter data at the required speed
  • Knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
  • Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures
