Accounts And Administrative Assistant

Accounts/bookkeeping
- Provide weekly reports of incoming funds and collections
- Monitor vendor billing, invoicing and all expense claims within budget
- Support in consolidation of claim documents and validate the accuracy of incoming claims
- Responsible for processing the receipts, issuing monthly invoices, matching of receipts to invoices
- and assisting with various billing enquiries.
- Assist in other ad-hoc assignments as required.
Database Management - To enter data from various source documents/emails into the computer system (CRM) for storage, processing and data management purposes.
- Verify, update and delete data where necessary
- Prepare, compile and sort documents for data entry
- Check sources obtain for further information for accuracy
- Enter data from source documents into prescribed computer database, files and forms
- Check completed work for accuracy
- Printing and extraction of information when required
- Comply with data integrity and security policies
- Provide any other administrative support as tasked
Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Formal computer training an advantage
- Proficient in relevant computer applications such as MS Office
- Accurate keyboard skills and ability to enter data at the required speed
- Knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
- Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures
