- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive account management and business development.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
- Collaborate with technical and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and market analyses for management.
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years' sales experience in lubricant, oil & gas, or lubrication systems industry.
- Strong knowledge of lubrication technologies, applications, and industrial systems.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willing to travel.
