About the role

As the Business Development & Marketing Manager at ISOCert Pte Ltd, you will play a vital role in driving the company's growth and expansion. This full-time position is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and developing and executing targeted marketing strategies. You will work closely with the leadership team to align your efforts with the company's overall objectives.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through excellent communication and customer service
  3. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective marketing campaigns to promote the company's services
  4. Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform the company's business development and marketing strategies
  5. Contribute to the development of proposals and presentations to secure new business
  6. Provide regular performance reports and recommendations to the leadership team
  7. Mentor and support a team of sales and marketing professionals

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales and business development, preferably within the certification, or related industries.
  2. Proven track record of successfully identifying and closing new business opportunities
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with a range of stakeholders
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making
  5. Experience in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies and campaigns
  6. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry trends in certification, auditing, data protection, and cybersecurity.
  7. Proficient in using relevant sales and marketing tools and technologies
