As a Business Excellence Executive, you will support the company's strategic direction by optimizing business processes, driving improvements, and leveraging data for impactful decisions. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals eager to gain hands-on experience in process improvement, data analysis, and working closely with senior leadership in a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Review and improve existing business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Propose and implement workflow solutions to streamline operations.
  • Support talent management through recruitment, training initiatives, and reviewing learning materials/SOPs.
  • Prepare and update inventory and sales reports to support data analysis and strategic planning.
  • Interpret data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges for management decisions.
  • Collaborate with the Accounts team on government grants, surveys, and applications, ensuring accurate data submissions.
  • Manage company resources, records, and compliance with ISO standards and government regulations.
  • Maintain HR documentation, manpower visibility reports, and drive employee engagement initiatives.
  • Plan and coordinate stock audits, ensuring accurate inventory records.
  • Support the Director and department heads in business excellence initiatives and operational coordination.
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates welcome; 1 year of relevant experience is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, adaptable to new digital tools.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
