Adecco is partnering a growing, technology-focused investment platform that provides investors with convenient access to global markets. We are looking to hire a Business Development Associate who will serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients.

about the job

  • Prospect for new clients through various channels including referrals, cold outreach, events and digital platforms.
  • Clearly communicate our investment solutions and value proposition to potential clients.
  • Arrange introductory meetings between prospects and product or advisory teams.
  • Support lead tracking, data input and reporting in CRM systems.
  • Work closely with marketing and strategy teams to refine outreach efforts.

skills and experience required

  • Minimum local diploma in any discipline.
  • At least 2 years of RM experience in the banking and financial industry with exposure to affluent clients.
  • Strong follow up skills and persistence to convert leads into active clients.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English is preferred to support regional clients.
