Business Development Associate – Part-Time

We are hiring Business Development (BD) Associates on a part-time basis to support our direct sales efforts. This opportunity is perfect for students looking to gain hands-on sales experience while earning a consistent income with strong commission potential. You will be selling general pest control services at fixed package rates through door-to-door outreach at select HDB blocks under town councils.
What You'll Get:
- Fixed salary of $200 per week
- Earn up to 10% commission on the total value of sold contracts or 5% on the total value of sold ad-hoc services
- Training provided before deployment
- All sales tools and materials supplied
- Part-time schedule at 16 hours/week to cover 5 blocks per town council
Who We're Looking For:
- Students currently enrolled in a local educational institution
- Committed to working 16 hours per week
- Outgoing, confident, and self-driven individuals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform door-to-door sellingof pest control service packages to HDB residents
- Present service offerings clearly and persuasively to potential customers
- Process the proposal, negotiation, payment processing on the spot
- Represent the company in a professional and respectful manner at all times
