Senior Executive, HR Policy & Planning (1-Year Contract)

Up to $3,780/month

Location: Near One-North MRT

Working Hours:

  • Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
  • Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm

    (Inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review datasets and HR records across multiple systems to detect data quality issues such as missing entries, inconsistencies, duplicates, and errors.
  • Verify and correct data, sourcing additional information both online and offline where required.
  • Perform accurate data entry of verified information into relevant HR systems.
  • Work closely with internal teams to understand data requirements and apply appropriate data-cleaning methodologies.
  • Conduct routine quality checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide general administrative support, including preparing reports and processing invoices.

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in data cleaning and managing large datasets.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel functions.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Experience with SAP-based HR systems will be an added advantage.
