We are hiring an eShop Operations Coordinator to provide essential support to the sales team. You will handle order processing, coordinate with logistics, and manage customer inquiries to ensure a smooth and efficient eShop experience. This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy supporting both operational and customer-facing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including order processing and handling customer inquiries
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment
  • Verify order details, update statuses, and communicate delays or issues to customers when required
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively and escalate complex issues when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, contracts, and customer interactions
  • Organize filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents
  • Assist with other administrative tasks and projects assigned by management
Requirements
  • Flexibility to support weekend or public holiday events when required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and processing
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, manage time, and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to providing quality service
  • Strong team player who can also work independently
