Salary: $2700/month

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 6.30pm

We are seeking a detail-oriented Media Coordinator to join the team. You will be responsible for managing media contracts, bookings, and inventory while ensuring compliance with internal guidelines. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in media operations and system management.

Key Responsibilities

Contract Management:

  • Develop and maintain standardized media confirmation templates.
  • Ensure contract details and rates are accurately recorded in ACE Hub/Broadsign in compliance with internal guidelines.
  • Coordinate with sales to validate inventory availability and verify all media confirmations.
  • Manage end-to-end creation of contracts and bookings, including reservations, amendments, cancellations, and compensation contracts.
  • Monitor upfront payments and ensure In-Principle Approvals (IPA) for unsigned contracts before campaigns commence.

Other Duties:

  • Create and manage new media space, inventory, types, and packages.
  • Administer and maintain ACE Hub modules (Company Master, Campaign Master, Media Inventory, Media Type, Contracts, Billings, Credit Notes).
  • Conduct internal training on ACE Hub functionalities and best practices.
  • Support requests related to Digital Services Management (DSM) and Identity Management (IdMS).
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and team tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Comfortable learning and working with ACE Hub/Broadsign systems.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
