媒体运营专员 (1名)

Position : Media Operations Executive (1 Opening)

岗位职责 / Responsibilities
  • 策划并制作宣传内容,包括短视频拍摄与剪辑、推文、海报等;
  • 跟踪热点话题,结合公司演出与文化项目进行创意宣传;
  • 负责演出活动的宣传视频、花絮及采访的拍摄与后期制作;
  • 建立并维护与媒体、KOL的合作关系,拓展宣传渠道,推动品牌曝光;
  • 分析运营数据,优化宣传效果,提升粉丝互动与品牌影响力;
  • 负责公司新媒体平台的日常运营与推广;
  • 协助市场与商务团队完成相关宣传工作。
  • Plan and produce promotional content, including short video shooting & editing, articles, and posters.
  • Track trending topics and integrate them into creative promotions for concerts and cultural projects.
  • Shoot and edit promotional videos, behind-the-scenes clips, and interviews for events.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and KOLs to expand publicity channels and enhance brand exposure.
  • Analyze operational data, optimize promotional strategies, and improve audience engagement and brand influence.
  • Manage daily operations and promotion of the company's social media platforms.
  • Support the marketing and business teams with related promotional tasks.
任职要求 / Requirements
  • 本科及以上学历,传媒、市场营销、新媒体相关专业优先;
  • 熟悉媒体及新媒体平台运营,有短视频策划与拍摄经验;
  • 具备视频剪辑与基础平面设计能力(如 Premiere、Final Cut、Canva、Photoshop 等);
  • 中英文流利,能够独立完成宣传文案撰写;
  • 思维活跃,善于创意策划,执行力强;
  • 拥有一定的媒体/KOL资源,能够推动宣传渠道拓展并落地合作;
  • 对文化艺术行业有兴趣,愿意在项目中发挥创意。
  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Media, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Familiar with media and social media operations, with hands-on experience in short video planning and creation.
  • Skilled in video editing and basic graphic design (Premiere, Final Cut, Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
  • Proficiency in both Chinese and English, with strong writing skills for promotional content.
  • Creative thinker with an active mindset and strong execution ability.
  • Possess certain media/KOL resources to actively expand publicity channels and secure collaborations.
  • Passionate about arts and culture, with willingness to apply creativity in projects.
