Job Description & Requirements

We're looking for a 
Social Media Marketing Executive
 who's not only trend-savvy and creative, but also highly organised and excellent at managing timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, plan, and execute engaging content strategies across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Ideate and pitch creative content concepts
    , including trendjacking video ideas that tap into viral moments and cultural conversations.
  • Manage timelines and ensure content calendars, campaigns, and deliverables are executed on schedule.
  • Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
  • Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and the wider team to deliver cohesive content.
  • Support paid media campaigns with strategy, setup, and optimisation via Meta.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing (agency experience is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics, and content trends.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and deadlines effectively.
  • A creative thinker with a strong ability to 
    conceptualise engaging, trend-driven content.
  • Familiarity with design/editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut) is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, proactive mindset, and passion for digital culture.
