Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Network Department, where you will gain hands-on experience supporting the foundational operations of our regional telecommunications business. This internship offers exposure to real-world backend processes including network resource tracking, technical documentation, and cross-team coordination—ideal for individuals interested in network operations or telecom project support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support inventory and tracking of network infrastructure resources, including lease records and internal system updates
  • Assist in compiling and maintaining documentation related to network delivery, usage, and operations
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., delivery, finance, operations) to ensure accurate information flow and timely reporting
  • Help prepare basic technical summaries or process documentation under the guidance of senior team members
  • Support ad-hoc operational tasks, such as billing documentation checks or vendor coordination
  • Participate in internal team meetings and gain exposure to cross-departmental project activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in progress (preferably in Telecommunications, Network Engineering, Electronics, or related technical fields)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage for working with regional and China-based teams
  • Must possess valid work authorization or internship visa in Singapore (if international student)

Duration:

Full-time internship for 6 months
