What you'll be doing

  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media content to promote our products and services
  • Monitor and respond to comments and messages across our social channels in a timely manner
  • Analyse social media data and provide insights to inform content strategy and optimisation
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social content with broader campaigns and initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to continuously improve our performance
  • Assist with the management of our social media advertising and influencer partnerships

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience in a social media coordinator or similar role
  • At least Bachelor's Degree in fields related to Marketing, Business, and Public Relations
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin to accommodate our clients' needs
  • Strong understanding of the different social media platforms and how to leverage them effectively
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills to create engaging content
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data
  • Creativity and a passion for staying on top of the latest social media trends
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work well under deadlines
