Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am to 6pm
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including order processing and handling customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Verify order information, update order status, and communicate delays or issues to customers as needed.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and escalate complex matters when required.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, contracts, and customer interactions.
- Organize and maintain filing systems for efficient document retrieval.
- Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.
