Job Description

Join our client's award-winning fine dining team as a Restaurant Captain. This role is primarily service-focused, supporting daily restaurant operations and ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable Michelin-starred experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide warm, attentive, and professional table service to guests
  • Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure smooth dining flow
  • Support the setup and closing of the restaurant (table arrangements, stock checks, etc.)
  • Assist in maintaining high service standards in line with Michelin recognition
  • Communicate effectively with team members and kitchen staff to deliver seamless service
  • Handle guest requests politely and resolve concerns when necessary

Requirements

  • Previous experience in fine dining, luxury hospitality, or casual dining service roles preferred
  • Team player with strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
  • Passionate about hospitality and keen to grow in a Michelin-starred environment
  • Willing to work split shifts (allowance provided)

Working Hours & Benefits

  • 5-day work week
  • Split shift: 10:30am – 10:30pm OR 11:30am – 11:30pm (with breaks in between)
  • Salary: $2,500 – $2,700
  • Split Shift Allowance: $12/day
  • OT Pay: 1.5x rate
  • AWS + Variable Bonus
  • Annual Leave starting from 12 days
