About the role

ELITE TRANSFORM TEAM' is seeking an experienced Floor Captain / Hotel Restaurant Supervisor to join our dynamic team in the Changi East Region SG. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless dining experience for our guests.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervising and coordinating the front-of-house team, including servers, hosts, and bussers
  • Ensuring efficient table management and optimising seating arrangements to maximise revenue and customer satisfaction
  • Monitoring service standards and providing coaching and feedback to the team to maintain high levels of service
  • Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
  • Assisting with inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed
  • Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth coordination and delivery of food and beverage orders
  • Implementing and enforcing safety and health regulations within the restaurant
  • Generating and analysing performance reports to identify areas for improvement

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Floor Captain, Restaurant Supervisor, or similar role in a high-volume hotel or restaurant environment
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively supervise and motivate a team
  • Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities to handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Proficient in inventory management, cost control, and performance tracking
  • Familiarity with safety and health regulations in the hospitality industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, including weekends and holidays
