Your Role
As a Restaurant Captain / Floor Supervisor, you will:
- Lead smooth and efficient daily operations.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold service standards.
- Guide and motivate your service team.
- Handle ordering, upselling, and guest service with confidence.
- Support inventory checks, training, and daily mise-en-place.
What We're Looking For
Diploma/Certificate in Hospitality/Tourism (preferred).
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Captain or Supervisor in F&B.
Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
Positive team player, well-groomed, adaptable.
Able to work weekends/public holidays.
Singaporeans and Permanent Residents encouraged to apply.
(Less experienced candidates may be considered for Food Runner roles)
