**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure smooth operations of the restaurant, providing excellent customer service.
- Supervise and train restaurant staff, including waiters/waitresses and other service personnel.
- Assist in creating and implementing standard operating procedures to maintain quality and efficiency in the dining experience.
- Oversee the seating arrangements and manage the reservation system.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication and smooth flow of orders.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menu items and specials.
- Collaborate with the restaurant management team to drive sales and achieve targets.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or degree in Hospitality or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a restaurant captain or similar role in the F&B industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of food and beverage industry standards and best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
