Salary: Up to $2,700 per month (based on experience & qualifications)

Contract Duration: 1 Year

Location: Ang Mo Kio Street 62

Leave Entitlement: 14 days annual leave

Other Benefits:

  • Transport Claim (Site-to-Site travel only): Up to $250/month
  • Standby Phone Allowance: Up to $50/month (Singtel plan)
  • Completion Bonus: 1 month salary

Job Description

We are looking for motivated and service-oriented Desktop Engineers to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in IT infrastructure support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for construction, testing, installation, and operations of client platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve desktop/platform-related issues; provide timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Respond promptly to incidents and service requests; ensure service levels are met.
  • Support implementation and upgrade projects, including research and evaluation of tools.
  • Maintain system configuration, monitor service levels, and prepare regular reports.
  • Ensure compliance with facility management standards and best practices.

Requirements
  • Min. Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  • Mandatory: Proficiency in Windows 10.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Windows 11.
  • Willing to be on 24/7 standby support (allowance provided).
  • Able to start on short notice / immediate availability preferred.
