About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our eShop Sales Support team. In this role, you will provide administrative and operational support to ensure a seamless online sales process. You will be the key link between customers, sales, and logistics, ensuring smooth order processing and exceptional service delivery.

What You'll Do

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including order processing and handling customer inquiries.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
  • Verify order details, update order status, and proactively communicate any delays or issues.
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively and escalate complex matters when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate sales transaction records, contracts, and customer interaction logs.
  • Organize filing systems for efficient retrieval of documents.
  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as assigned.
