eShop Sales Support – 12-Month Contract

Location: Serangoon

Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 6pm

Salary: Up to $2,700 per month

We are seeking an organized eShop Sales Support to provide administrative and operational assistance to the sales team. The role ensures smooth order processing, timely communication, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team with order processing, customer inquiries, and general administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfilment of orders.
  • Verify order details, update order statuses, and communicate delays or issues to customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate channels.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, contracts, and customer interactions.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems for efficient document retrieval.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.
  • Customer-focused mindset with commitment to excellent service.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Strong multitasking skills and flexibility to support occasional weekend/public holiday events.
