Salary: $3500 - $4100 (depending on experience)

We are seeking a Finance Executive to join the Consumer Finance team, supporting the financial operations of a leading digital payments business. This role covers accounting operations, reporting, compliance, and business partnering, with opportunities to contribute to new product launches and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle daily accounting operations, including cash reconciliations, accounts receivable/payable monitoring, and timely month-end closing
  • Assist in preparing full sets of accounts, reporting packages, and financial statements
  • Generate financial reports and analysis to support management decision-making
  • Participate in new product launch projects, providing finance input, UAT support, and ensuring proper accounting treatment before go-live
  • Liaise with shared service finance teams and internal stakeholders on month-end closing, invoicing, AP, and compliance with finance policies
  • Prepare monthly MAS PSN04 returns and ensure compliance with MAS notices for new and existing products
  • Prepare GST reporting and manage other tax matters in compliance with regulations
  • Strengthen internal controls, identify risk areas, and work with business teams to implement mitigation measures
  • Support ad-hoc finance projects or tasks assigned by the Finance Director and CFO
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with strong analytical skills
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
  • Systematic, detail-oriented, and able to deep dive into organisational workflows
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
  • Team player with the ability to work independently and hands-on when needed
  • Self-motivated, inquisitive, and proactive in driving improvements
