Operations & Administrative Executive (12-Month Contract)

Contract Duration: 12 months
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm
- Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to queries and feedback via emails, calls, and feedback channels from both internal and external stakeholders, including the public.
- Liaise with stakeholders to improve workflows and processes.
- Handle day-to-day operational matters, including processing claims and updating system data.
- Maintain and update documents, process manuals, reports, and records.
- Provide support for system testing activities.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Possess a valid driving licence (Class 3 or above).
- Prior experience in administrative, customer service, or operations support roles will be an advantage.
