Operations & Administrative Executive (12-Month Contract)

Contract Duration: 12 months

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm
  • Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend to queries and feedback via emails, calls, and feedback channels from both internal and external stakeholders, including the public.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to improve workflows and processes.
  • Handle day-to-day operational matters, including processing claims and updating system data.
  • Maintain and update documents, process manuals, reports, and records.
  • Provide support for system testing activities.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Possess a valid driving licence (Class 3 or above).
  • Prior experience in administrative, customer service, or operations support roles will be an advantage.
