Job Summary (1-Year Renewable Contract):
Provide administrative and customer support for the eShop sales team, ensuring accurate order processing, timely delivery, and smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage order processing, from verifying details to updating order status and coordinating with logistics for timely fulfilment.
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints, providing assistance or escalating when necessary.
- Maintain accurate sales records, contracts, and filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Support general administrative duties and assist with occasional weekend/public holiday events.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills and customer service mindset.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
