About the Role

We are looking for a driven and technically inclined Sales Engineer to champion advanced cooling and thermal management solutions for enterprise-level data centres, builders, and system installers. In this role, you will combine your technical expertise with sales acumen to acquire new clients, manage key accounts, and deliver solutions that meet the complex needs of mission-critical environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the data centre and high-density cooling sector.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with enterprise clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and proposal development to contract negotiation and deal closure.
  • Deliver tailored solution presentations and product demonstrations to diverse stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to develop technical proposals and ensure solution feasibility.
  • Track sales performance, pipeline activity, and report on key metrics.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, cooling technologies, sustainability requirements, and regulatory updates.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by addressing implementation issues quickly and proactively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. A background in HVAC, energy systems, or thermal engineering is a strong advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales, technical sales, or account management (5+ years for Senior Sales Engineer).
  • Strong network with enterprise clients, consultants, and contractors within the data centre or M&E sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets in a competitive, technical market.
  • Solid understanding of data centre operations and cooling/thermal management solutions.
  • Skilled in negotiation, solution selling, and building trusted client relationships.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales performance tracking.
  • Results-driven, adaptable, and a collaborative team player.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and presentation skills.

Working Location: Kaki Bukit

Working Hours: 5.5 days work week
