Job Responsibilities Description

• Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.

• Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.

• Constantly identifying, develop and explore new business opportunities with the customer to address the fast-emerging market need.

• Responsible for the tender/RFQ/RFP and provide support throughout project lifecycle.

• Coordinate closely with both internal and external stakeholders from project planning to deployment stage by ensuring timeline are met.

• Responsible for gathering technical requirement and developing cost effective design solution for customers.

• Plan and execute on-site testing to obtain customer approval on technical requirements.

• Resolve hardware and software issues faced by customers and provide in-depth troubleshooting based on diagnostics logs.

• Prepare and report regular updates to track key projects.

• Technical promotion of total EV charging solutions to all industries which include Charging Point Operator, Energy Companies, Public & Private Fleet operator, etc.

• Proposed and develop solutions including AC and DC fast chargers, and provide different design approaches.

• Knowledgeable on Product Safety Requirements, Product development stages, and Quality Management System.

• Provide training to the clients.

Job Requirement

• A bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or minimum of 2 years' experience in Energy Solutions Sales.

•  Exceptional work ethic, the ability to work independently, self-motivated, disciplined, driven and a strong desire to succeed.

• Experience in power solutions sector actively involved in product management, sales engineering/pre-sales, bids and proposals, or system engineering.

• Detailed knowledge of EV charging solution and/or renewable energy solution products or equivalent hardware products.

• Ability to discuss detailed technical issues with customers and management.

• Strong interpersonal capabilities and demonstrable customer rapport, in-depth experience working in the EV charging industry

• Creative 'out of the box' thinker.

• Business-level fluency in English and Chinese
