About the role

As an IT Customer Support Executive (Software) at SOLO PTE. LTD.', you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support to our customers. This full-time role is based in the Jurong East West Region and will involve troubleshooting software-related issues, assisting users, and ensuring the smooth operation of our software products.

What you'll be doing

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely, effective support for software-related issues
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems by analysing error messages, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions
  • Provide guidance and training to customers on the use of our software products
  • Document and track customer support activities, capturing key information and trends
  • Communicate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our software and support processes

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers
