The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. - Overall responsible for the daily activities in the entire hub inclusive of parcels and sorting activities of the warehouse
- Develop systems to assign parcels to drivers and define districts appropriately to maximize productivity
- Develop driver collection schedules and SOP to increase efficiency together with Fleet Ops Lead.
- Meet operational SLAs by problem solving and employee coaching/training
- On-site coordinate external contractors and internal teams to ensure operational safety and accuracy with the safety team
- Analyze the effectiveness of operations and identify ways to optimize costs
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or relevant disciplines
- At least 5 years experience in managing warehouse or relevant experience in e-commerce operations is advantageous
- Able to independently lead operational team on-site, engage in discussions with various internal and external stakeholders
- Able to work in either east or west part of Singapore (depending of the location of the Warehouse)
