DepartmentOperations- LevelEntry Level- LocationSingaporeThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. - Assess business performances and propose constructive improvements
- Collaborate with the operation and logistic teams to build technical solutions to solve business problems
- Drive and take charge of strategic initiatives
- Build an automated dashboard that tracks the performance
- Present research findings and analysis to senior leaders

**Requirements**:

- Strong business and financial analysis skills
- Project management and communication skills
- Experience in e-commerce, supply chain or manufacturing is a plus
- Able to work well in the team in a fast-paced environment
- Humble, pragmatic and organised
- Strong skills in Excel, SQL and data analysis with Python
