- Lead a Business Development Team to acquire local sellers to use Shopee Xpress as the preferred channel for shipment. Develop the acquisition procedure and groom team members.
- Identify and strategize long term initiatives that will grow Shopee Xpress business
- Maintain and develop good partnership with new and current key sellers
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (Operations, Systems team) to enhance and optimize overall user experience for buyers and sellers.
- Assist in monitoring targets, analyzing industry trends and reviewing key metrics individually and corporately as an entity
- Carry out analysis and surveys to better understand users’ requirements
**Requirements**:
- Degree holder preferably with business background
- 3 - 5 years in business development, account management, sales or related field within the e-commerce or logistics industry is a plus
- Team-leading experience is preferred
- Highly motivated, fast learner and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Meticulous and high attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Positive team player with energetic attitude
