**Description**
- Oversees Shopee Xpress Singapore Engineering team which comprises Asset Maintenance and Procurement.
- Owns Capex budget and asset management processes
- Strategises in automation for Shopee Xpress sorting centers; develops and executes automation roadmap
- Drives capital projects end to end, including idea generation, funding request, request for quotations, evaluation of vendor designs and justification through commercial impact analysis, installation and commissioning of machines.
- Works with internal product team on system integration to derive best possible solutions for the business
- Works with operational excellence team to develop training materials and manuals for the automation system
- Leads maintenance team to define maintenance schedule, manage team KPI and day to day activities

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration or related disciplines
- 7+ years working experience in technical roles with project management and/or automation experience, with at least 2 years of which is in a leadership position
- Experience in Logistics, Manufacturing industries and procurement is a plus
- A self-starter and possess strong business acumen, planning and strategic mindset
- Analytical in examining and identifying relevant information, and translating these insights into clear operational plans
- Keen eye for detail with an exceptionally high bar for accuracy and quality
- Proven fast learner; able to settle ambiguous situations in a fast and effective manner
- Good communication and presentation skills, able to communicate with stakeholders of all levels
- Hands-on, willing and able to travel across different sites to ensure smooth operations
