DepartmentOperations- LevelExperienced (Team Lead)- LocationSingaporeThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. - Understand Shopee Xpress business well to build and align long term business plans across the organization.
- Review business plan, operation priority and budget regularly and provide recommendations
- Execute initiatives crucial for business growth and design optimal workflows with clear scope and actionable milestones that others can follow and execute easily.
- Identify key market trends, business strategy, processes or technologies that can be incorporated into Shopee Xpress Singapore operations
- Work together with business unit in regular budgeting processes.
- Foster communication and collaboration with various teams in Shopee Xpress Singapore and coordinating regional efforts from Regional Operations Team to launch go to market strategies

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or relevant disciplines.
- Professional experience in corporate and growth strategy, consulting or proven track record in managing complex operational teams, programs or projects.
- Strong desire to build broad capabilities in strategy, operations, data analytics and product design in the e-commerce industry.
- Intellectual curiosity with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Balance between big-picture thinking and detail-oriented planning
