DepartmentOperations- LevelEntry Level- LocationSingaporeThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. - In charge of existing Shopee Express consumables, equipment etc. replenishment on a regular basis
- Manage robust relationships with existing suppliers, and hold regular review meetings for performance improvement
- Identify new opportunities to increase competitive bidding for a more efficient process and lower cost
- Set up an SOP on multiple procurement types, and ensure cost-efficiency and on-time delivery
- Research on smarter Operations solutions in terms of new technology packaging, storage etc

**Requirements**:

- Diploma holder and above
- Experience in logistics or supply chain industries, procurement or project management experience is a plus
- Analytical, data-driven and detail-oriented
- Good communication skills and external parties management skills
- Fast learner with strong ownership
- Able to work in fast paced environment
- Comfortable and able to work in warehouse environment, whenever necessary
