DepartmentOperations- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationSingaporeThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. - Identify productivity improvement projects that are beneficial to Fleet Operations (First/Last Mile)
- Improve Operational Service Level Agreement by identifying areas of improvement in current way of operations
- Educate new SOPs and way of working that will bring drive the department forward effectively and efficiently

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or relevant disciplines.
- Strong desire to build broad capabilities in strategy, operations, data analytics and product design in the e-commerce industry.
- Intellectual curiosity with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to details and process oriented mindset is needed.
- At least 3 years of experience in logistics/ supply chain management
- Ability to adapt to dynamic business directions and startup culture
