**About You**
Educated to degree level, with a proven track record in successfully beating sales targets, preferably within a commercial education, university or hospitality-related business environment
You will have successful experience working within a complex international and competitive sales environment and evidence of delivering strong commercial results and growth in previous sales and sales management roles.
We are seeking a **Regional Director** who will be is responsible for maximizing student recruitment in South East Asia - Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar (as well as responsibility for converting any student enquiries from Australia and New Zealand).
**Your main responsibilities will include**:
- Responsible for delivering the annual new student enrolment target for the region
- Manage student recruitment team members, Gold Partners and agents in the region to achieve new student recruitment goals
- Manage the team to plan and execute in-person field and remote activities aimed at building pipeline and conversion such as high school engagement, discovery days, university visits, 1:1 student meetings, field events, workshops, webinars, masterclasses and seminars and other key demand generation and pipeline engagement activities.
- Oversee the pipeline of students from the region through the entire admissions process, working closely with the central marketing and enrolment teams in London, as well as the campus-based brand teams for Les Roches, Glion and École Ducasse to create and deliver meaningful engagements that will drive conversion
- Identify, develop, and implement relationships with high schools, partner universities, associations, and other strategic partners in the region with the objective of increasing the pipeline of prospective new students
- Leverage alumni and relevant industry relationships to build and prioritise enrolment focused projects, where applicable
- For postgraduate recruitment, ensure a focus on extending and enhancing social selling activities (such as via Linkedin, leveraging the alumni network) to drive demand and identify and engage with prospects for each program
- Manage the team to keep the CRM up to date with accurate records on engagements with students, sponsors and any relevant channel partners
- Work closely with the marketing team to advise on building brand awareness for Les Roches, Glion and École Ducasse programs in the region and on other brand and product -related topics such as positioning, insights into the competition, understanding (and reaching) the audience, program development, building the value proposition, pricing etc
- Work closely with the digital and performance management team on the strategy and tactics for direct digital lead generation, aligning it with the regional recruitment plan - including the profiling and geo-targeting of relevant prospects and advising on the storytelling, messages and calls-to-action that will resonate with the audiences.
- Work with the marketing and digital and performance management team to lead regional sales planning and budget allocation to deliver sufficient demand generation and productive nurturing & conversion activities to meet targets, making sure that investment in the region is efficient, effective and achieves the required returns
- Provide insights to the marketing team to inform the approach in the region to support them in shaping marketing content to support meaningful engagement with prospective students as well as activities through relevant channels such as high schools and universities
- Report back to the business on progress against objectives based on agreed key performance metrics and progress against targets and forecasts, providing market insight and competitor analysis where required.
- Travelling frequently throughout the region, depending on the season and activity, to manage the team and partner performance and to deliver the objectives and responsibilities set out above.
