The key goal for this role is build strategic relationships, identify and progress high value opportunities, manage existing book of business and to establish long term strategy with the airlines in various South East Asia countries. This includes designing long-term client engagement strategy, establishing and managing C-level and other relevant relationships in the account, establishing and implementing account engagement action plan, competitive landscape analysis, bringing innovative products and services to airlines, building sales and competitive strategy, support complex negotiations and ensure sales, revenue and customer satisfaction are targets are met.

The successful Regional Airline Accounts Director will have the following qualities:

**Job Requirements**:

- Proven track record to build C level and senior executive relationships with clients. Established C-level/executive relationships at airlines in South East Asia is an advantage
- Operational savvy and client management experience is key
- Seasoned professional in enterprise Sales with a technology company servicing airlines
- Solid experience and exposure to Account Management
- Strong analytical skills
- Solid negotiator and facilitator
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with working in a matrix organization and leading virtual distributed teams
- Ability to travel frequently between South East Asian countries and as needed within APAC and Sabre HQ in TX, US
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 15 years of experience in sales and account management, consulting, working for a software vendor and/or in the travel industry
- 8 years management/supervisory experience preferred
