
Regional Sales Director, South-east Asia

iLOQ is now expanding with its own office in South-East Asia and is looking for a **Regional Sales Director** to lead that journey in the region. Reporting will be to Chief Sales Officer who is based in Scandinavia.
For the right individual, based in Singapore or in the region, this is an outstanding opportunity to build a local presence in SEA for a leading company of battery-free and mobile locking technology.
**Role description**:
- The Regional Sales Director is expected to use all available means to create demand pull-through from end-users across all segments. This will be done by direct end-user activity by the Regional Sales Director themselves, through the sales team and by utilising Marketing tools such as LinkedIn campaigns to generate end-user interest.
- Deliver training to Partners and support/direct their sales activity (and after-sales interaction with end-user customers).
- Recruit and manage staff.
- Sales management; Inspire and lead the sales team to achieve good sales results.
- To support sales and project management.
- Co-operation with country managers and the iLOQ management team.
- Produce business performance reports & forecasting by use of existing tools CRM & Power BI.
- Daily contact with potentials/clients.
- Annual development plans with team members and convert those into action plans.
- Member of the Global Sales Leadership team.
- To drive the iLOQ culture and values in the local organization.
**Ideal background and experience**:
- About 5 to 10 years of experience in sales of locking systems/access control or systems/technical solutions to large client organisations (B-to-B business) within iLOQ strategic segments.
- Sales leadership experience.
- Proven track record of growing new business within the same line of business or closely related business.
- Technical knowledge.
- Experience in working with international companies, establishing and executing efficient business plans in companies with their products and being active in a local market.
- Ideally P/L experience.
- Experience in establishing and executing efficient business plans for a company with its products and working actively within a local, regional market.
- Senior manager but "an eager salesman and inspiring team leader" with an entrepreneurial mindset.
