**Assistant CRM Manager**
**Main Purpose of the Job**:
- To establish and maintain dealership customer relationship management activities to ensure increased existing customer loyalty and attract conquest customers;
- Oversee the management of the CRM systems and its associated processes, campaigns and events, and evaluates data insight and information to develop effective and efficient CRM strategies and activities to improve customers’ journey and experience with the brand and dealership.
**Tasks and activities of the role**:
**Defines and implements the CRM strategy for the dealership - new cars, used cars and aftersales.**
- Establishes CRM objectives and action plans with Brand Principal and Dealership Management;
- Ensures agreed action plans are developed to achieve short-and long-term CRM objectives for the dealership;
- Conducts SWOT analysis of CRM activities at dealership to improve the overall customer experience with the brand and dealership to increase brand loyalty and advocacy;
- Conducts strategic reviews and amend objectives and approaches as required;
- Recognise potential lead shortage in advance and connects relevant players;
- Establishes KPI’s for measuring success of strategy are implemented.
**Manage customer and activity data quality.**
- To be the data custodian for the dealership, and is responsible for data quality by overseeing and ensuring customer and prospect databases are captured and updated accurately on CRM systems;
- Provide timely campaign target databases, post-campaign reports, analysis and recommendations.
**Coordinate potential sales opportunities across dealership departments.**
- Monitor Sales Funnel performance and accuracy of data submissions;
- Monitor retention rate and customer connected rate (CCR), and provide timely follow-up measures and recommendations for action plans.
**Coordinate dealership customer communication.**
- Review customer touch points and processes regularly and identify potential / continuous improvements;
- Timely implementation of aftersales lifestyle management according to targeting criteria;
- Provide data insights, analyse database and additional data collected i.e., hobbies, interests to facilitate segmented marketing campaigns, aftersales retention activities, and customer events.
**Customer advocate for the brand.**
- Chairs customer board meetings on VoC topics and results;
- To process a customer-first attitude and ensure that he/she is abreast of consumer and industry trends, PDPA updates, and MINI product knowledge.
**Ad hoc**
- Any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
**Job Requirements**:
- Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business or any related field;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Experience in CRM systems, experience in Salesforce Sales & Marketing Cloud and Autoline will be an added advantage;
- Passion in the MINI brand.
**Professional experience**:
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
- Meticulous and well-organised with the ability to multitask;
- Strong analytical skills coupled with database management knowledge;
- Experience in automotive industry will be an added advantage.
