As part of our expansion, we are seeking self-starters to join us as **Executive - Operations and Administration **.

**Your Responsibilities:
- Office administration - _
- Manage office premises to ensure conducive and presentable office environment by supervising our outsourced services providers for IT support, building maintenance, cleaning and courier.
- Coordinate and organise meetings, attend to visitors
- Assist with simple travel arrangements and restaurant bookings
- Monitor and manage the company’s assets, office IT equipment and office supplies
- Support management for staff processing matters e.g. recruitment, staff onboarding
- Perform any ad-hoc admin tasks requested by CEO and COO
- Finance and marketing - _
- Assist with payment processing such as staff reimbursements and invoices
- Compile supporting documentation to outsourced accounting firm on monthly basis
- Maintain and compile data for reporting purposes
- Assist with preparation of marketing presentations and materials
- Liaise and coordinate marketing events

- Willing to learn on the job and to attend training courses where needed
- Well-versed in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Diploma or Degree, preferably in Accounting/Finance/Business
- 1-2 years’ experience in an administration or operations or finance role
- Fluency (written and oral) in English is mandatory. Additional languages would be advantageous for regional communication.
