**What the role is**
- Administrative Executive
**What you will be working on**
- a) Human Resource Administration - Support in the recruitment process and onboarding programmes of new officers; coordinate with Corporate Group HR Sections - Assist to organise dialogue sessions with Group’s Management and staff - Update and maintain Group’s HR databases on staff information and HR reports to support Group’s Management in manpower planning and career movement b) Correspondence Management System (CMS) Administration - Manage routing of general enquires or feedback from public within and across Groups/Agencies - Coordinate officers’ comments on cases with low ratings to measure any gaps in service deliverables - Prepare monthly reports on cases attended by Group and highlight issues for improvement c) Office Administration - Provide support in office amenities such as setting up of office workstations and assets, phone sets and internal phone directory as well as repairs and maintenance issues. - Maintain the Group’s registry of document in terms of filing records and reference listing, housekeeping and off-site storage and rental charges d) General Administrative Work - Provide support during business continuity plans such as evacuation exercise, Haze, diseases outbreak, etc - Despatch and postage
