We are looking for a self-motivated Document Controller to provide essential project support to Project Managers and team members. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, and management of documentation and project deliverables, contributing to the overall success of the project. This position will require a focus on document control processes, accurate filing, and timely communication within the project team.
**The Opportunity**
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of reports, drawings, memos, and specifications before issuing to the client.
- Manage the document control process for both internal and external communication using online systems.
- Support project meetings, document protocols, and assist in authority submissions.
- Maintain project registers and manage RFI processes and delivery to the client.
- Collaborate with the project team to enhance efficiencies in document control and support Regional initiatives.

**Is this role right for you?**
- At least 2 years of experience in document control within a consulting, engineering, or built environment business, experience in a project environment would be beneficial.
- Familiarity with online document management systems along with some knowledge of nuances and ambiguities.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently, solve challenges, and maintain confidentiality.
- A customer-focused, solution-oriented mindset with a commitment to high professional standards.
