- Responsible for managing front desk reception duties
- Manage switchboard phone calls and attend to visitors
- Coordinate meetings with clients
- Ensure the guests are well-served
- Ensure overall office cleanliness
- Arrange outgoing mails / courier services and handle incoming mails
- Maintain stationery and pantry supplies in office

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree with at least 3-4 years of receptionist & admin experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Pleasant personality & pro-active
- Good team player & able to interact well with all levels of staff
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
