Shipbrokers act as intermediaries between two parties in the shipping industry.
We are now looking for an Receptionist to join our vibrant business.
Reporting to the Office Manager, the incumbent’s responsibilities include but is not limited to the following:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure office facilities are in order and office environment is kept clean and tidy.
- Maintain adequate stock level for pantry and office supplies.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure office maintenance work are conducted timely.
- Assist with sourcing and conduct quotations comparison for office purchases, maintenance, and services, when necessary.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mails, phone calls and courier.
- Support travel arrangements.
- Administrative support to the Office Manager in projects/events as may be required.
**Education, Experience / Skills**:
- Prior experience as a Receptionist with Office Administration experience in a dynamic office environment.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office suite and administrative procedures.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage work priorities.
