- Answering and screening of incoming calls
- Greeting guests
- Ensuring pantry supplies are fully stocked
- Minor facilities management
- Additional ad hoc administrative duties will apply
**The Successful Applicant**:
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Receptionist experience is a must as this is the main focus of the role
- Experience with Outlook, Word and PowerPoint as you will be using these on a regular basis
- Strong customer service mentality
- Team player
